Upon triggering an Omics Workflow Run, the run would eventually end up in a failed state.

Root cause(s)
The output from an Omics Workflow Run is written to the stores-ds S3 bucket. The required S3 permissions were missing in the custom policy which is used to create the role for each Workflow.
Impact
Users will not be able to successfully run Omics Workflows.

Fix is available in Amorphic v2.2. Please upgrade to the latest version to resolve this issue.
