LakeFormation views

Issue description: Views updation with target location as lakeformation is failing

Explanation: While updating lakeformation views IAM role with assoicated polcies are required which is not in place at this time.

Resolution: We are working on the lakeformation permssions and will resolve the issue soon.

Note

Existing lakeformation views also wouldn't work
